COMPETITION BULLETIN: Motocross, Flat Track, and Hill Climb
The AMA has approved a Supplemental Rule for District 23 to allow an E bike 25+ class in Motocross, Flat Track, and Hill Climb. This is an age 25 and older class and open to all skill levels. This is a non-points class for 2024. All electric motorcycles will run alone. They are not allowed on the course with any internal combustion engine motorcycles for AMA sanctioned races and AMA sanctioned practices. The micro level E bikes are exempt.
We are continuing to work with the AMA to further define the use of E bikes in amateur racing for all disciplines and will provide updates as they become available.
