Mike Little began riding dirt bikes in 1986. In 1987, he joined D23 ARMCA and has been racing ever since. Mike now competes in the 40+ A and 45+ A classes in motocross, and continues racing in D23 ARMCA because of the quality family time and overall family atmosphere. Mike is proud to have his kids involved in the sport, and values the time they spend together at the races, a goal that will stay with him for years to come.

Inspired by his kids' enjoyment of the sport, Mike relates this to his childhood riding, and channels their energy in his riding today. Motorcycling has not only given Mike quality family time, but it has also given him the ability to travel the country. During his four year stint as James Povolny’s mechanic, Mike saw many places across the country that he otherwise wouldn’t have seen. Once advised by Dr. Dennis Medsker to “just be yourself, it’s always enough,” Mike encourages other D23 ARMCA members to have fun, mentor younger riders, and always leave things better than you found them.
