Tom and Karen have been working with Mille Lacs County to add single-track trails into part of the Rum RIver State Forest and on some county land. In order for there to be trails, there needs to be an off-highway motorcycle (OHM) club.

A meeting has been scheduled to start working towards the goal of another trail system.

The restaurant is waiving the room fee for us as long as we all eat there. Bring an appetite to the meeting.

We will have a couple of people from the MN DNR there to help answer questions and to introduce you all to them. We will also have the County Land administrator there as well.

In addition to the introductions, we will start the process of forming an OHM club. One of the main goals for the club will be to take on the creation and maintenance of the OHM trails in Mille Lacs county. The people in the club can decide on the other purposes for the club.
