Why can’t I see what I’m typing in the “Reply To:” box?? Luckily, when you go back and highlight it, you can see it just fine. Weird…. Who let the bugs out??

Dan,

I opened the website in Internet Explorer 8 (8.0.7601.17514CO) and none of the graphics work. I get just bullets and text.

All seems to work really good with Chrome.

Helpin’ with a little debug.

Hi Dan, Try resetting your IE settings as I have tested on IE8 and didn’t have the issues you spelt out above. You may also want to try deleting your cookies. :)

hey @nemadjiman they’re was a little IE8 related issue that was causing this problem. It should be fixed now. Let us know if you see any more problems. Thanks!

No problem posting now. And, in case it matters, I was just using good old Internet Explorer. I was a bit surprised that people’s names show under their avatars. It doesn’t bother me as I’m a full disclosure kind of a guy but I’ve not seen that in a Forum before. Maybe it will result in an era of more civil discourse as you don’t have a weird username to hide behind.

I just hope that people don’t forget that I am the “nemadjiman!”.

Tawnia,

I think you were talking to me, I tossed my cookies, but am still getting text and bullets no graphic formatting.

@majhazrd, I get the same thing on my work laptop… Tawnia is going to troubleshoot it this weekend to see if she can figure out why.

@majhazrd, Tawnia got it figured out for me. In IE 8 I went to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and uncecked the box that says Display all websites in Compatibility view.

I can now see the website correctly instead of the bullets and weird formatting.

I love the backgrounds on the site! They seem to rotate for me. Is this what they are supposed to do? If so that is pretty cool.

@johns I’m glad you noticed the backgrounds. First, they are all pictures of D23 members.

Second, you can see who took the photo by looking in the bottom left corner under the word background. If anyone has a photo they would possibly like on the website, you can email it to me at stukelracing@hotmail.com and I’ll see what I can do. Please make sure to include who took the photo so they can get credit.

Third, there are a few things you can do with the backgrounds. If you notice next to the word backgrounds there are circles. The first one with the X in it makes it so there isn’t a picture. The one next to it with the arrows rotates through the pictures. The rest of the circles are the individual pictures and if you choose one of these, it will be a static picture no matter what you click on in the site. (I hope all this makes sense.)

Matt and Tawnia,

That worked for me too. Thanks

The backgrounds are cool, especially because they are of our own riders!
