Flat Track

 

  1. Change current 50cc class structure to 2 classes:
    • 50cc Chain that includes all of the faster, high tech bikes.  50cc Chain legal models: All Polini, Cobra, LEM, KTM Jr & Sr, and like models.
    • 50cc Shift & Shaft, which is primarily the lower tech, lower HP oil injected chains or shaft bikes.  Multi-speed machines must have a gear selected and the shifter removed.  50cc Shift & Shaft legal models: XR 50, Z50, TTR 50, KDX 50, JR 50, PW 50, and like models.

Hare Scrambles

 

1.      Add an A Expert Class

·        11th-20th place overall A class riders from previous year are placed in A Expert Class (The rule book already states that the top ten overall A riders from previous year go to AA class).

Passed 24 to 3.

 

2.      Add “National Hare Scramble” (to Section E Points) that is paying points in districts in addition to District 23. In this event District 23 riders will be scored against other District 23 riders for year-end awards points only.  The rule will be worded the same as the National Enduro rule, but with Hare Scrambles. 

Passed 23 to 1.

 

Hill Climb

 

1.      Change the 200 class (currently defined as 126-200cc) to be 126-200cc 2-stroke/126-250cc 4-stroke. 

Passed 6 to 1.

 

MX

1.  Change the Girls 9-13 65cc-112cc, big wheel allowed, to Girls 9-15 to include 65cc-112cc 2-stroke and 75cc-150cc 4-stroke. Max wheel size 19” inform and 16” in rear.

Failed 20 to 6. 

*Informed by AMA that the 65cc is no longer allowed in the Girls 9-13 class, so it will be Girls 9-13, 85cc-112cc, big wheels allowed.
